Boyd Theater
As part of the renovation of the historic 1927 Boyd Theater, Philadelphia's last movie "palace", The Protection Engineering Group completed a detailed egress analysis in support of the architectural design team. This 2400-seat Art Deco theater, at 1910 Chestnut Street, has unique issues relating to life safety and egress of occupants complicated by the historic nature of the building.
