Marketing Manager

Responsible for managing all marketing deliverables, interviews, presentations, in-house planning meetings; ensuring branding standards are utilized and acting as the primary contact between Atlanta office and Corporate Marketing. This position is responsible for marketing efforts in Atlanta, GA and provides additional support for other Company-wide marketing and business development efforts.   

Duties include:

• Manage/assist in the production of proposals/presentations
• Directs the preparation for client interviews, marketing presentations, in-house market planning meetings
• Manage coordination and logistics for regional trade shows and college recruiting efforts for the office
• Internal company research as required supporting proposal responses, i.e. comparable projects, team experience
• Responsible for editing resumes and project descriptions to specifically address the requirements of the RFP
• Establish relationships with media representatives and coordinate public relations activity with PE Group’s internal communications group
• Implements strategies such as corporate identity, direct mailings, advertising

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High proficiency in desktop publishing, presentation and other marketing related software, including Deltek Vision, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop CS, Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Broad understanding of the A/E/C industry
• Must have excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals
